Hi, Everyone!

First off I know I'm very late, but happy new year! I wanted to give everyone an update about what's going on with me and the QGB store. I haven't been very active these past couple of months and unfortunately that will be the case on and off for the next few months.

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both of my hands last May. It's gotten to the point where I can barely move my hands without being in significant pain, which isn't great when your business is handmade jewelry. I've also developed trigger thumb in my right hand. The good news is that I will have surgeries completed soon to tackle these issues, but the recovery process will be 6+ weeks.

In addition to this, it was recently discovered that I have a slipped disk in my neck, which will require surgery as well. This, too, has caused me significant pain and has made it even harder to bring the amazing items that I'd love to make to you. Surgery for this has yet to be scheduled, but I will keep you all posted. From what I understand, this surgery will have a longer recovery time. Especially given my other health conditions. Ideally I'd like to recover from my first two surgeries as much as possible before getting this surgery done.

All that being said, I am 100% determined to give you my best this year! The surgeries are the first steps, and soon I'll be chugging along, full steam ahead!

Thank you for having us at their 3rd Annual Autumn Craft Fair! This was our very first event and we got to learn so much! Our table was a bit sparce but the amazing feedback we got from customers and other crafters was amazing! Looking forward to many more in the future!

Made with polymer clay, the long quadrilateral drops include silver stars dangling from silver chains at their centers, adding an extra level of drama to the night-themed piece.
