We are proud to share that our founder, Dr. Chuka Emezue, was featured in the MyPlan App “Ask the Expert” series. The conversation centered on our shared commitment to supporting young boys and men who use or survive violence with safety, mental health tools, healing, and real pathways to healthier futures.

Dr. Emezue highlighted BrotherlyACT’s work equipping youth with life skills, emotional resilience, and culturally grounded support. We are grateful to the MyPlan team for this opportunity. Read the full post below.

Thank you for standing with us and the young people we serve. 💙

Men can be both harmed by violence and responsible for it.

Holding both truths is where real change happens.

Our friend Chuka Nestor Emezue is creating this change very day.

Reimagining masculinity. Building empathy. Supporting men and boys to heal, not harm. That’s how we prevent intimate partner violence.

We loved hearing Chuka's insights and are so grateful for his violence prevention work.

Thank you Dr. Emezue!

Young Magnet High School). Students completed group projects on topics they chose, ranging from youth violence to sleep deprivation, school shootings, youth mental trauma, and much more. Thank you, parents and teachers, for your unwavering support and for being here to celebrate this incredible milestone with us.
