Everyone is talking about BPC-157 right now and almost nobody is telling you the part that actually matters.
Your body is already making a version of it. BPC-157 was originally found in human gastric juice. It is not foreign. It is not synthetic. It is a signal your body already knows how to use.
I worked in a functional medicine practice and facilitated every peptide intake call that came through the office. BPC-157 was the one I saw used most often — and the one I still come back to for gut lining repair, mucosal inflammation, and the joint pain that tags along with chronic gut issues.
But peptides are not biohacking. They are a tool. They are the missing signal for the woman who has been doing the foundational work — sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, blood sugar, nervous system — and still feels stuck.
If that is you, the full breakdown is on my Substack and the products I actually recommend are in my Fullscript dispensary. Both linked in bio.
Comment SHOP if you want me to send you the BPC-157 product breakdown straight to your DMs and READ to grab my latest substack deep dive on BPC157! 🦠💩
Roasted chickpeas are my next spotlight in the high fiber, high protein not a packaged protein bar series we have! Grab organic chickpeas and toss the rinsed canned chickpeas with olive oil and spices, roast at 400°F for 25-30 min. About 7-8g protein and 6-8g fiber per ½ cup.
Healing your gut doesn’t need to cost a fortune or $3-4 a protein bar. Eat real food, your gut will be happier anyways!
What do you think of this expensive membership keeping health out of reach??
I seriously gasped when I saw this. Exclusive much??? There is no need to believe you have to invest 40k to be healthy and shame on the fitness and health industry for making it seem that way. You cannot biohack on a sh*tty foundation. Keep it simple - sleep, nutrient dense foods, fiber, and minerals are the building blocks in my opinion.
Want to 2.0? Only after you have a solid foundation because you can’t out supplement a bad diet. What do you think of this 40k membership?
I used to think ‘high protein snack’ meant choking down a chalky bar in my car. Then I started actually paying attention to whole foods and realized… we have completely lost the plot.
The wellness world has made gut health and eating well so unnecessarily complicated and expensive. IBS friendly, gut healthy, high protein snacks do not need to come in a wrapper with 47 ingredients.
Edamame. One ingredient. 18g protein. 8g fiber. Costs a dollar.
This is why I’m starting this series — to bring it back to basics. Real food. Simple snacks. Your gut will thank you. 🫛
