It is incredible when a photographer manages to capture that precise, elusive moment. In portrait photography, that “perfect portrait” is rarely just about technical skill—it is about a fleeting flash of genuine connection, trust, and shared energy between the person behind the lens and the talent in front of it.
A full day of production was filled with laughter and excitement as Canduarte captured the vibrant atmosphere on set. They worked on a project focused on relationships, with Directing and filming while shot stills. The ability to view a live feed of the action allowed us to make real-time adjustments to props and table arrangements, streamlining the workflow for both the Director and Photographer. This collaborative approach ensured that everyone could perform their roles effectively. Canduarte loves a challenge so they made sure to get the temperature of the lighting to match the environment of the AI backgrounds. By ensuring a smooth operation Canduarte’s team left feeling accomplished and ready for the next project!
Meeting JB Pritzker for the first time was an exhilarating experience for . With his warm demeanor and sense of humor, he made an instant connection. Ashlley brought smiles to everyone, including the Prime Minister of Italy, as she playfully roamed the stage with her camera. In addition to capturing moments with Pritzker and the Prime Minister’s team, she also had the opportunity to appreciate the exquisite wines of Italy! Her love for wine and her pride in being a Chicagoan were beautifully captured in her photography, creating a day filled with joy and gratitude.

Reaching the 32nd floor, we embraced the vibrant atmosphere of ARC, hand in hand, eager to engage with everyone we met. It was a wonderful opportunity to present our work and reconnect with both new and familiar faces. We are grateful to all who joined us last week; sharing our innovative project ideas and discussing our passion for CANDUARTE was truly enjoyable.
