Bracket Battle was built for this.

To bring people together.
To spark friendly competition.
And to drive real impact.

Because of this community, Bracket Battle raised over $175,000—helping enable more than 875,000 meals for children and families who need them most.

What stood out most wasn’t just the competition—it was the collective effort behind it:
Every company rallying their teams.
Every donor stepping up.
Every match multiplying the impact.

🏆 Shoutout to our 2026 leaders:
• Grand Champion: April Housing
• Impact Champion: Link Logistics
• Engagement Champion: American Campus Communities

A huge thank you to all the teams who made this possible:
AIR Communities, American Campus Communities, April Housing, Beam Living, BioMed Realty, Brio Real Estate, Link Logistics, LivCor, Perform Properties, Preferred Apartment Communities, Revantage, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Together, we’re helping ensure more children have access to the nourishment they need to thrive.

“As a mom, I want every child to feel secure, supported, and full of possibility.”

As Bracket Battle enters its final days, this is what it’s all about. 🧡

Inspired by her five children and her own experience growing up in a foster family, Kristina LeBrun chose to show up for children still waiting for that same sense of care and stability.

With the ninth annual Bracket Battle fundraiser ending April 13, there’s still time to make an impact. Every gift helps provide meals and support to children and families who need it most.

Join us in showing up. Please donate today at www.coregiving.org/donate-now.

As March Madness® brings fans together this week, the host cities are also home to organizations working every day to ensure families have food on the table.

Through CoreGiving, our network reaches 25 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, supporting hunger-relief partners in communities nationwide.

In the men’s tournament, we’re proud to support partners serving children and families in:
• Houston: Houston Food Bank & Kids' Meals, Inc.
• San Jose: Second Harvest of Silicon Valley
• Chicago: Greater Chicago Food Depository & Nourishing Hope
• Washington, DC: Capital Area Food Bank

On the women’s side, we’re cheering on teams—and the local organizations fighting hunger—in:
• Fort Worth: North Texas Food Bank & Tarrant Area Food Bank
• Sacramento: Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services

Because while brackets and buzzer-beaters bring excitement, the real win is ensuring every child and family has access to the meals they need.

🏀 A ball in her hands.
🍎 The nutrition every child deserves.

During National Nutrition Month, we’re reminded that healthy food fuels children’s ability to grow, learn, and pursue their dreams. Yet 1 in 5 children in the U.S. doesn’t have enough to eat.

That’s why we’re launching our 9th Annual Bracket Battle Fundraiser today—aiming to raise $200,000 by April 13th to enable 1 million meals for children through our hunger-relief partners.

Donate, join our March Madness® bracket pools, and help change the score for kids facing hunger.

Meeting the Moment—Powered by Partnership.

In 2025, rising need, funding shifts, and natural disasters strained the hunger-relief system. Together with our partners and supporters, we responded.

CoreGiving raised more funds year over year, engaged more volunteers, enabled more meals through grants and service, and expanded our reach to support hunger-relief partners across more communities.

The numbers in this snapshot reflect something bigger: people and partners choosing to act—at scale—for children and families facing hunger.

We’re proud of what our community made possible in 2025, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped meet the moment.

A special thank you to Blackstone and our Leadership Partners American Campus Communities; April Housing; Beam Living; BioMed Realty; BRE Hotels & Resorts; Link Logistics Real Estate; LivCor; Longview Senior Housing; Perform Properties; Preferred Apartment Communities; QTS Data Centers; and Revantage.
