Painted all walls in this unit… installed tiles on bathroom floors, refinished tub… refinished tiles on walls… and even refinished wood flooring even though that is something we normally don’t do. But the person who did them prior to us left it really bad… so I made sure they looked great so they could start renting out this unit!

Working on this big project downtown! We installed trim on the ceilings, 4x4, painted all walls… now to work on installing wood flooring on ceilings next!
