A first attempt at making advent calendars. They can be made with milk, white, or dark Callebaut chocolate (or a mixture of all 3).

Had a go at making hot chocolate stirrers today. They can be made as milk, dark, white, chocolate orange, or mint chocolate. They weigh approximately 35g. Made mine in 200ml of hot milk and found it just the perfect combination
Ingredients will vary on each flavour but I will pop them on here individually to show the ingredients to each one.

Playing around for Christmas ideas. A game of Noughts and crosses. Ideal as a Christmas Eve treat, or as a present. Made with a mixture of white, dark, and milk chocolate.

On one of the hottest days of the year, what do I decide to do??? Make chocolate pizzas of course. They can be made in milk, white, or dark chocolate and will have a variety of options for toppings. I will be starting them at an introductory price of £7.50. It is hard to put a weight on them as toppings will vary but they will be around 400 grams for a 7 inch pizza

When you can't spend a day at the beach, a shell chocolate slab will have to do. Slab is a minimum of 160 grams including the chocolate shells.

A productive day on a chocolate making course yesterday. Lots of chocolate made (and eaten). Lots of new ideas so more will be posted as soon as I have made it

I have made this one with Mothers Day in mind but will also be catering for Easter as well soon. This particular one would be £10 but other sizes can be made. Todays make is a hollow milk chocolate teddy bear. Can be made in either milk, white, or dark chocolate.

Hot chocolate stirrers. Can be made in smaller or larger versions (stars are the smaller version). Larger ones are £1.65 and the smaller are £1.50.
