The Benefits of Fennel

• Best consumed raw/cooked; add into a salad, be the base of an entree, or turned into a broth. There no part of the fennel bulb that is inedible.

There are many benefits associated with fennel due to how rich in antioxidants and fiber it is, most commonly used to aid digestion.

However it should not be consumed in large doses (larger than 25-35g) as it can be toxic to your digestive tract.

Ginger is one of the top flu fighting nutrients. Weather you make a tea, shred into your food, or use a salve. It can be used topically or ingested. Weather you have an upset stomach or feeling a sickness coming; time to take some ginger!

One of the most calming and relaxing herbs for your body to fully rest.
Recommended daily intake would be up to 4 cups of tea or to take a chamomile supplement at night for at least 1 week.

Most effectively taken and absorbed in a beverage (water, smoothie, tea). To ensure you avoid any stomach discomfort; consume after having a meal or small snack typically in the morning.

This should be used when needed relief but should not be taken consecutively more than a 3 month period.
