This month, we’re highlighting ALTAR member Jamie , a wellness guide whose work is rooted in helping others reconnect with themselves.
One of the most meaningful parts of community is getting to witness women grow into what’s next for them. To cheer them on, celebrate their wins, and create spaces where they feel supported along the way.
