Nostalgia and sanguinity are the driving forces behind the music of 26-year-old producer KARE. Originally a lead vocalist, raw emotion has remained at the forefront of his sound. KARE uses aesthetic record-crate sampling, grainy lo-fi textures, and raw field recordings to create an eccentric yet addicting ambient-hybrid portrayal of everyday life. Julian Paez, aka "Tazu" is a Seattle-bred producer now living in Chicago. With a discography comprised of club-approved house bangers, trunk-rattling trap, and dreamy mid-afternoon bops, Tazu has something for every mood.
