Even in the best market, selling your home is a HUGE decision and comes with many things to consider! The best advice I can give you, is work with professionals who will look out for you and guide you. It can be overwhelming and exhausting, especially if this is your first experience with a sale. If you have people in your corner that you can trust, it will be a much smoother process!

Want to buy a home with no money down? It’s actually possible!
Veterans and military personnel are able to finance 100% of the purchase price!
Here are some benefits of getting a VA loan for your purchase:
1. Finance 100% of the purchase price
2. No private mortgage insurance
3. Veterans can use their basic allowance to pay for some of the mortgage payment
4. No prepay penalty (pay off your loan at any time)
5. No down payment
6. Usually lower interest rates and easier qualification terms
Some things to note:
1. The home must be a primary residence. It cannot be a second home or investment property.
2. Only these groups of people qualify: veterans, active duty personnel, Reservists or National Guard members, and qualified surviving spouses

Rising prices can be scary and if you’re in the market to buy, you might be a little weary and waiting for the prices to drop.
There is never a bad time to buy real estate because of ever growing appreciation.
Think about your parents, friends, colleague, etc. who bought homes in 2004. The prices were seen as inflated for that time and the crisis made prices drop, right? And what happened after? Prices went up again.
Now the people who bought property in 2004 can sell it for More, PLUS they have equity and can sell for a LOT!
This is just to show you that real estate appreciates over time. If you can buy property now, so it NOW! It’ll be worth more in the future!

Nothing is certain in real estate, but projections for 2022 are out!
If you have not had a chance to refinance your mortgages and have high interest rates, now is the time to do it! Interest rates for 2022 are projected to be in the 4% range. So if you’ve been waiting, do NOT any longer!

Just Sold!
Ending the 2021 year with a bang!
This was my first closing as a new agent and I was fortunate enough for it to be a purchase for my sister in law!
We found a beautiful condo for her in a lovely high rise, well maintained building with amazing amenities! I know she’ll be using that pool all summer!!!
So much to be thankful for in the 2021 year and I am looking forward to see what the new year brings!
I am so grateful to have started this new journey as a realtor and am so excited to help people achieve their home ownership goals!

Some people prefer to wait until to start looking at homes but here are some good reasons why you might want to reconsider!
1. Sellers can be more eager! If we see sellers listing during/through the then we know they are highly to sell!
2. Faster closing times! You can cut down on the process by weeks since less people are buying during the
3. Moving in faster! Since less people are moving, it’s easier to hire movers and make arrangements to enjoy your new home!
4. You get to see the home in bad conditions! If you’re in like me then you’ll get to see the home in and the coldest, harshest conditions and see how it holds up!
5. Remember how I said less people are buying during this time? That means supply and demand are on your side and you get get properties for less than in the summer time!

Don’t make the same mistake I did with my first purchase!
For my first purchase I bought a condo and wanted to rent it out once I moved! Well… the HOA changed the rules and I was unable to do so!
Although you’re still gaining and being a home owner, a better option is a multi unit or a house, in my opinion!
