We have been pre booked this season so the holiday menu is by pre-order only. I will be taking order now until the 21st. Pick up will be the 22nd-31st with very limited pick ups on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Mole…
The national dish of Mexico, the most popular being mole poblano. Made up of a mix of herbs spices chiles nuts and cacao. The true origin of mole will never be known but it has said to be originated in Oaxaca or Puebla, and was made on a whim by “accident”. Oaxaca is known as the land of 7 moles. Now there is a vast variety of different moles that range in flavor color texture spice and sweetness.
The fun part is everyone’s mole is different and customized to their creation and imagination. Some ranging with up to 30 ingredients, some made into a powder others into a paste. It’s truly a labor of love.

We catered for a 4th grade CPS class.
As they learned about the Traditional Dia de Los Mu***os celebration, a parent contacted me and asked what ideas I could put together to showcase traditional foods and treats eaten to celebrate.

I wanted to give the kids a full on experience so I made them a small bites flight:
-Mini tamales with salsa verde and chicken
-Mini bowls of pozole made with fresh nixtamal
-Mexican hot chocolate
-Conchas

The kids absolutely loved it and I loved being the face behind the experience.
