Confidence comes from practice.

Severe bleeding is not always just about the wound itself.
As blood loss increases, the person may begin to show other warning signs.
🚨 Watch for:
• Pale or clammy skin
• Weakness or trouble standing
• Confusion or unusual behavior
• Dizziness or fainting
• Becoming less responsive
These signs can indicate a serious medical emergency.
Recognize the signs. Act early.
05/25/2026
Not every emergency happens with a crowd around you.
Sometimes you may be the only person there.
If severe bleeding happens and you’re alone:
• Call 911 on speaker if possible
• Apply firm direct pressure immediately
• Use nearby materials if a bleeding kit isn’t available
• Focus on stopping the bleeding first
Simple actions taken early can make a critical difference.
