This past week, Make The World Listen hosted a college fair at our co-founder school, Chicago Hope Academy ( ), on Chicago’s West Side.

Our mission has always been about access. Making sure the next generation has the knowledge, exposure, and confidence to step into their future prepared. We brought together universities students may not have heard of and alumni who once stood exactly where they are now, each with a story worth hearing.

Students asked real questions, built real connections, and gained insight beyond brochures and rankings. Insight rooted in lived experience.

This is what it means to Make The World Listen: amplifying voices, opening doors, and creating opportunities where they matter most.

At Make The World Listen, we believe in expanding perspectives and empowering the next generation. Recently, we had the privilege of working with 10 incredible students through Chicago HOPES for Kids.

Our programming encouraged the kids to dream beyond their current surroundings. Together, we explored places around the world they wished to visit. With creativity and imagination, they illustrated these destinations on the backs of their Make shirts, turning their dreams into wearable art.

Through conversations and activities, we shared the message that the world is vast, full of opportunity, and within their reach.

Witnessing their excitement and curiosity reminded us why our mission matters. Every child deserves to see the world as a place of endless possibilities.
