In honor of National Entrepreneur's Day, we want to highlight our fearless founder, Katelyn Doepel.

"The year 2020 was tumultuous, significantly impacting everyone across the globe, especially women. Four times as many women compared to men lost their jobs and my situation was no different. As a wife, mother of 3 and someone who built their career in healthcare providing for others, I was out of a job and surrounded by uncertainty wondering how to provide for my family.

As Maya Angelou said, 'You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats so you can know who you are…'. The pandemic provided me an opportunity to pursue what I am passionate about and create Front1 Health Partners. A healthcare focused, women owned business that is dedicated to partnering with physicians and hospital organizations to achieve their goals.

Our mission is simple. Treat every customer with a personalized approach. We separate ourselves from our competition by addressing the unique concerns and demands that each health system faces today. We accomplish this goal by identifying opportunities and partnering with manufacturers to increase diversity spend goals for healthcare organizations."

As a women owned business, we love seeing news like this. For the first time ever, an all-woman team of aviators will conduct the pregame flyover at the Super Bowl, celebrating 50 years of women in U.S. Navy aviation. Truly incredible!
