Our ceremony included: College of Health and Human Sciences, College of Business and Analytics, College of Liberal Arts, and School of Medicine.

The next few weeks are to take some time for myself, do things I enjoy, and recover from some of the burnout of graduate school. Studying for my NBCOT boards exam can wait until June!

What is your favorite burnout-relief, self-care activity or tip? And I don’t mean “take a bath”, “go for a walk”, or “drink water” type advice. Tell me something a little out of the box!

I’m a really tough DOCTOR!

We do so much more than handwriting in school-based OT. BUT handwriting is so incredibly important!! AOTA’s graphic helps break that down.

Tomorrow is the day! I give my Brown Bag lecture tomorrow at noon! Holy cow. I am anxious, but I am also so excited to talk about OT and my doctoral capstone project to everyone!
