Cabworks Custom Elevators is extremely proud to showcase one of our CabArray Contempo projects at Mercy Hospital Southwest in Bakersfield, California, owned by Dignity Health. The newly constructed four-story, 106-bed Thomas M. Hardt Tower addition doubles the campus’s inpatient capacity and includes new critical care services. The tower’s interior design was inspired by the areas surrounding ecosystem, reflecting the landscape, flora, and water. Cabworks was pleased to partner with our good friends at Otis Elevator Co, to create a cab environment that connected with the overall design objective.

Owned by Northpond Partners and MAC Management, this former 36,000-square foot iconic Chicago mansion is now home to the newly opened The Hand and The Eye, described as America’s largest live magic venue that also features a restaurant. Cabworks was thrilled to partner with our friends at KONE to create this custom cab within this mystical mansion where magic and hospitality come together.

Owned by Silvestri Investment, Inc., this prestigious structure consists of 335,000 square feet of Class A office space, Neiman Marcus, luxury condominiums and a 435-carunderground parking facility. Cabworks had the pleasure to partner with our friends at CBRE to create this luxurious custom cab.

This Cabworks custom cab adds a high-end level of sophistication to the building’s recently renovated artistically inspired lobby that includes limestone floors, eucalyptus wood veneered panels, and energy efficient lighting, providing a welcoming arrival for office tenants and visitors.

Cabworks Custom Elevators is proud to highlight one of its CabArray Stage cab projects at St. Mark Manor (owned by St. Mark United Methodist Church) located in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood. This mid-rise building contains 55 one-bedroom and 15 studio apartments and is part of the HUD-202 portfolio administered by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Adults of age 62 and older who meet income guidelines pay rent that is typically capped at 30 percent of their adjusted monthly earnings. We had the pleasure to partner with our friends at American Hoist & Manlift on this project.
