A red brick cottage with decorative wood, cast iron, and terra cotta details. It was built in 1886 for the E Smith family, a fact that frustrates me to no end for the impossibility of further searching that common name. About 15 years ago it was restored and the details over the windows, previously plain white, were painted to their current gorgeous colors.
