Most of you know me to work in real estate, renting apartments, renovations, and multi-family but as I reluctantly give up on my dreams of having a daddy and gracefully become the daddy I always wanted but never wanted to be, I want to spend more time doing the things that I enjoy with the people that I love. A few months ago I started a catering company, I hope you will appreciate the name, “the Hungry Hole,” and I’m excited to team up with Charlie’s Chicago this Saturday, providing the food for their first Bubbles and Brunch event. I hope you all will come out and support Charlie’s, support, me, and indulge in some great food, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere. This Saturday from 1:00 - 3:00 - Charlie’s Chicago - $20 All you can eat brunch buffet and includes 2 call drinks! I’ll be cooking up some of my favorite brunch dishes like pecan and coconut crusted french toast, breakfast blossoms with artichoke, spinach, and gourmet cheeses, sausage gravy, and a bunch more! Anyone know this guy? He drives a white pick up truck or sometimes a white mercedes, claims to be a car dealer and suit maker! I met him a few times and then he told me he could get me a new headlight and install it in the Jaguar the next day. Every day he has another excuse why he can’t fix it …. He took my money and ran. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY !!!

Todays Breakfast… English muffin with over easy egg, pepper jack, cheddar, spinach, avocado, and honey; red grapefruit; turkey sausage biscuits and gravy, black berries; freshly squeezed orange juice, and a iced chai latte with oat milk.
