Even with some of the global challenges we faced, Black History Month 2022 has been nothing short of amazing. As the month comes to an end, we’re looking back with an enormous sense of pride on this month and at our overall history. Here’s a look back at some of our favs – incredible Black Americans that have furthered health equity in our community and the world!

What an event! Last weekend, we got together at Hyde Park location to get moving and talk about mental & emotional well-being in the Black community. Our women-led, women-centered event kicked off with a restorative yoga session and group meditation (led by the one and only ), then concluded with an incredibly powerful conversation about what it looks like to advocate for the well-being of ourselves and each other.⁣
