It has a fleet of scooters that employees use for deliveries from its stores.

Another Synergy project!

Taylor Johnson client Evergreen Real Estate Group is known for its ability to execute transformational – and often financially complex – affordable housing projects, and the firm’s latest development in Chicago is no exception. Last month, the firm opened Ravenswood Senior Living, a 193-unit affordable senior housing community that is the first development of its kind in Illinois and one of the first in the country to offer both independent living and supportive living for low-income seniors in a single location. Developed in partnership with the Chicago Housing Authority and Synergy Construction Group, the $81 million project converted the former Ravenswood Hospital into much-needed housing that allows residents to age in place as their level of required care increases. The Chicago Sun-Times was the first to report on the opening. TJ also secured a Seniors Housing Business cover story and coordinated additional coverage in outlets including WTTW - Chicago PBS, Connect Commercial Real Estate Chicago, RE Journals,
