Some short thoughts about Dopamine and athletes:

This can help athletes stay focused and motivated during training and competition, leading to better performance.

But how can athletes use dopamine to help them improve at their sport? One way is to set specific, achievable goals and celebrate small victories along the way. This can provide a steady stream of dopamine and help athletes stay motivated and engaged in their training.

Another way is to engage in activities that naturally release dopamine, such as exercise, socializing with friends, and listening to music. This can help athletes maintain balanced dopamine levels and avoid the negative effects of a dopamine deficiency.

We are very excited to announce the addition of Dr. Kristin Risher! Dr. Risher graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Palmer Chiropractic College West in the spring of 2018. She has worked in many different multidisciplinary settings including the VA hospital in Des Moines, IA.
