Hi, I'm sorry for the scare. We are preparing for our SOC 2 certification and that involves system upgrades, API deprecations, etc the [get_balance] API malfunctioned.

The get_balance function is used to display balances inside your app. It is "getting the balance" from your wallet address on polygon.

I will show everyone how to check their balances on-chain today.

The 2nd “pending” transactions issue was on us. There are about 90ish transactions left we are processing.

For the technical people, we had a nonce issue that caused transactions to pend on polygon. We implemented an update that should prevent this issue in future.

They responded to me and resolved the issue. The pending instant withdrawals are processing, processING so it may take 15-20 mins before they work through the back log, but I see them going through.

New instant withdrawal request are working fine. Thank you again for your patience.

Instant Withdrawals are stuck in a pending status. I have contacted our 3rd Party provider and alerted them. It will be fixed, it is always fixed. This is issue outside of the Tierlock platform so we have to wait for them to resolve it.

Please be patient, the Helpdesk can not resolve this, please do not submit withdraws requests over and over. Please do not harass your gamerooms. If you withdraw to a crypto wallet it is USDC(POLY), if you do not know what that means, please wait until the service is resolved.

Yes, it sucks, I am annoyed with them as well, please do not be rude to me Helpdesk. We are working on more direct relationships to avoid these disruptions in the future.
