Now that the roof is finally complete, the world inside the White Antelope is a different place! Walls framed, ducts going in, water in place and wiring everywhere. The bar wall is installed and ready for a gorgeous face. Wait till you see the granite!! Stair frame is in and waiting for paint and the most beautiful wooden treads. I can’t say enough good things about the fine people working for Bull Ridge Plumbing, Quality Electric, Climate Control, LG Drilling, and of course, Big Horn Contracting. Everybody is working tirelessly to finish this amazing project and we are so excited and grateful!!

It’s been a long, hard, windy winter. We’ve taken two steps forward and one step backward so many times, and a few times even taken one step forward and two steps backward. The heroic crews from Big Horn Contracting have worked tirelessly to put the roof on three times over. But through it all, God is good and we are so grateful that everyone has been safe.
Finally, we can share the progress: the framing is complete, and the trades have prepared as much as they could until the roof was completed. The interior layer of the roofing has been completely installed, and the upper layers of metal will go much more quickly than the much steeper lower levels. Everything is staged and ready to fall into place. Now we just need to get through the winter storm rolling through for the next two days. We are eternally grateful to the people we are working with and for the opportunities to learn and grow!
