feeling so content with life recently :)
it’s been gym, eat, sleep on repeat and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Social media in the past has made me wish for others’ lives that seem so luxurious and spontaneous and to be honest that’s just not me✨

I love the simple things and my routine & recently that’s all i’ve been doing (other than moving ;)) I’ve been a little distant on here and not spending as much time on my phone which has been very relieving. Sometimes it can cause me so much pressure or stress for some reason to be doing SO MANY things all the time when really I’m just a plain jane at heartšŸ¤

for now & probably always workouts, food, family & friends are all I’ll ever need to feel contentšŸ«¶šŸ»

mornings spent outside the gymā˜•ļø
sometimes it’s nice to take the mornings slow, have time to yourself, and connect with others you haven’t seen in a while. Don’t get me wrong, the gym is my HAPPY PLACE but as the weather is getting warmer I’ve been craving a little bit of sunshine and some socialization :)

early bird workouts hit different down southšŸ„
especially when powered by some natural Vitamin D & matching sets. Your girl is a night shift nurse here but this vacation has me missing the sun and sweaty sessions in the morning. I’ve NEVER been so motivated to get up and out of bed at 6am to get a workout inā˜€ļø

The SUN & a CUTE SET is all the pre-workout i’ve been needing lately and has me starting my days with such a productive mindset. I think sometimes we underestimate the POWER of our environment and what we give our energy to✨

if you’re in a funk, feeling unmotivated, or just lost in general… take a step back & focus on who and what you’re surrounded by, sometimes a little CHANGE in ROUTINE is all you needšŸ«¶šŸ»

This weekend has been absolutely SURREAL, I have not stopped smiling since. Incredibly proud of myself for placingšŸ„‰in my Open Class for my first show ever! I am overwhelmed with joy & gratitude from this experience and know it’s only the beginning🤩

A huge huge thank you to my coach and my posing coach for my making my first prep and show such an AMAZING experience & all my friends and family who’ve supported me this entire time. I couldn’t have done it without them in my corner!!

This sport has brought so many new friendships & has been one big learning experience! I cannot wait to see what the future holds because we’re just getting started, but until then I’m just soaking up every minute🄰

still not over this look…i’ve already said how proud I am of myself for following through with my goal this year of stepping on stage for the first time. We got tremendous feedback & know what we need to focus on to bring an even better physique and overall package next time we step on stage🤩

This sport truly takes so much discipline, sacrifice, and hard work and i’m SO FREAKING EXCITED to see what me and can do in this growth phase we are heading into. The stage will always be there and I know being patient & really leaning into this next phase of growth will be SOO WORTH THE WAITšŸ™ŒšŸ¼
