Today, on National POW/MIA Recognition Day, we pause to honor the incredible courage and sacrifice of America’s Prisoners of War and those who remain Missing in Action.

We honor the stories, the empty chairs, and the black-and-white flags representing over 81,000 unaccounted-for service members, while reaffirming our promise to never stop searching, remembering, and bringing our heroes home. Join us in a moment of reflection.

HUGE shoutout to MSgt Amber Salinas for yet another (DJ Khalid) top-shelf event and for the inspiring words/closing comments by Lt Col David Lycan,90 SFG/CD.

Chief Lynn and I took a group of Defenders from around the SFG to Washington DC for AFAs Annual Air and Space Symposium
and Tech Expo. It was a great trip filled with interesting briefings (weapons in space/point defense AFSC, etc.), fellowship, Professional Development, reuniting with old
friends and co-workers, schwag, bumper to bumper traffic, great chow, DTS shenanigans, and lots of epic sightseeing.

Post NSI Combat Dining Out and Crow Creek Challenge awards ceremony.

The rest are locked in a time capsule never to see the light of day.

25th anniversary 9/11 ceremony and memorial ruck for the fallen.

Opening cermony, Fallen Defender push-ups followed by sh***un start for the Fire Teams/competitors.
