Taco Tuesday reigns supreme around here! We cheated this week and had it on Wednesday because we were closed Tuesday for some infrastructure maintenance.

It was delicious! Shredded Chicken Street Tacos, Green Chile Rice Casserole, Chips & Salsa, Churro Cake, and a bottle of Water.
