When you upload a file from OneDrive via an application, that app might also be able to view more than just the file you picked, potentially your entire OneDrive.
This happens because of how those app connections are authorized. Microsoft is aware of the situation and may make changes in the future.
Until then, it’s a good idea to look over which apps you've allowed access to and make adjustments if needed.

New Phishing Campaign Exploiting Webflow and Fake CAPTCHAs
A phishing campaign is exploiting Webflow’s SEO capabilities and fake CAPTCHA challenges to steal sensitive information from unsuspecting users.
How it works:
Attackers are taking advantage of Webflow's high SEO ranking to position malicious phishing pages at the top of search results.
Users who visit these pages are presented with a CAPTCHA that looks legitimate.
After completing the CAPTCHA, users are directed to a page requesting sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords, and payment details.
This is a serious risk to anyone interacting with Webflow-hosted websites.
Stay Safe: Always be cautious when entering personal or financial information on websites. Pay attention to CAPTCHA challenges and ensure that the site is trustworthy before sharing sensitive details.

A new attack, dubbed Browser Syncjacking, has been identified, which allows attackers to take control of a victim's browser and device via a malicious Chrome extension. The attack starts with the creation of a fake Google Workspace profile, which hijacks the victim's browsing data. When the victim installs a seemingly legitimate extension, the attacker can silently access their browsing history and stored credentials. Over time, this access expands, leading to full browser and device control. This attack operates with minimal user interaction and requires no obvious signs for the victim to detect. It utilizes existing browser features to gain unauthorized access.
Critical Security Alert for Microsoft Outlook Users
A newly discovered vulnerability in Microsoft Outlook (CVE-2025-21298) poses a serious threat to user security. Hackers can exploit this flaw to execute remote code on a victim's machine by sending a specially crafted email or through a preview of the email in Outlook. With a critical severity score of 9.8, the vulnerability impacts the Windows Object Linking and Embedding function, which is used for linking documents and other objects.
Action Required: Microsoft has already released a patch to address this vulnerability, and it is crucial that users apply it immediately. If you’re unable to install the patch, Microsoft recommends viewing emails in plain text format as an interim measure to reduce the risk of attack.
