Did you know trim fat is not non comedogenic? Meaning it WILL clog your pores. It also isn’t mineral rich like kidney fat is- kidney fat is also a much cleaner fat. Butchers don’t separate the trim (body) fat from the kidney fat if you don’t ask- and many don’t.
