Our meeting this Wednesday will be held at Little America starting at 12:00pm. Our program will feature J. Alexander, Founder and CEO of “Excelerate You”.
‘Excelerate You’ is a psychology-backed leadership framework that provides evidence-based strategies, mental fitness techniques, and transformational insights designed for professionals and leaders seeking to overcome burnout and develop leadership resilience. J is a John Maxwell DISC certified coach and author (his most recent book is entitled, “The Humility Advantage” – (Revealing the Leader Within), which is currently available on Amazon.
J’s leadership journey began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an officer responsible for people, pressure, and mission-critical decisions. It was there—long before he became a coach and speaker—that he learned the paradox most leaders never see coming: the strongest leaders aren't the loudest or the most forceful… they're the ones steady enough to stay humble under fire.
After the military, J. carried that lesson into the world of professional leadership, where he spent years watching high achievers wrestle with doubt, burnout, and the quiet weight of expectations. The pattern was unmistakable: talent wasn't the issue. Capacity wasn't the issue. Inner clarity was. And humility—true, grounded humility—became the unlock that transformed everything.
Today, J. equips leaders, coaches, and mission-driven teams with the mindset, frameworks, and neuroscience-backed tools to elevate their impact without leaning on ego, pressure, or perfectionism. His work blends tactical leadership, emotional intelligence, and practical coaching habits to help people lead from a centered place—where confidence is quiet, teams rise, and change becomes sustainable.
J says: "Leadership today is noisy, pressure-filled, and often isolating. But it doesn't have to be.". Further, he believes that when leaders operate from humility, they lead with presence—not pretense. Because the best leaders don't just drive metrics—they cultivate meaning.
