Cheyenne residents, over the coming weeks, Simon crews will be completing street repairs to improve the longevity and durability of our community's infrastructure. While the work may cause some temporary inconvenience, it's all part of our commitment to keeping the neighborhood safe, functional, and looking its best.

We're committed to completing this work with respect for the residents and neighbors who call this community home. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this work. Once we're done it'll be like we were never even there. Unfortunately, until then, those bright orange cones tend to spoil the surprise every time.

STREET REPAIR PROJECT DETAILS:

Andover Drive 9/21 - 10/15
Ridgeland Road 9/22 - 11/11
Converse Avenue 10/16 - 12/9

Work being done:
Asphalt milling & paving
Sidewalk repairs & replacement
ADA accessibility improvements
Curb & gutter replacement
Driveway reconstruction in select locations
Utility structure adjustments
Pavement marking & median improvements

What to expect:
Temporary road closures during paving operations
Temporary driveway access interruption in select spots
Parking may be required on adjacent streets
Construction equipment operating in the neighborhood
Please do not move cones, barricades, or construction signs
