During Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reaffirming our commitment to fostering understanding, empathy, and support for mental well‑being—at work and beyond.

Earlier this week, team members participated in a local clean‑up in Rapid City, SD, helping protect our land and waterways in recognition of Environmental Week and Earth Day.

Water is one of our most essential resources, and caring for our environment—both through hands‑on efforts and everyday choices—helps support our communities, our business, and the future.

Proud to recognize Global Recycling Day by highlighting the work our teams do every day to build more sustainable roads. From incorporating recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) into our mixes to reprocessing aggregates for reuse, we’re committed to reducing waste and conserving natural resources across our operations.

Last week, over the course of 1.5 days, leaders from across Simon came together for Simon Summit 2026 — a focused and energizing opportunity to connect, align, and elevate our work.
