From Pioneering Forward — Now, We Share 🤝✨

Over the past few months, we’ve continued to highlight the values that shape how we work and how we show up for one another.

• Respect anchors how we collaborate.
• Commitment fuels our reliability and follow‑through.
• Pioneering challenges us to innovate with purpose.
• And now, we focus on Sharing.

Sharing at SIMON is how we grow stronger — together. It’s the intentional exchange of knowledge, support, and recognition that ensures no win, lesson, or breakthrough exists in isolation. When we share, we amplify impact across teams, locations, and experiences.

It looks like passing along expertise, mentoring others, and collaborating across subsidiaries.

It shows up in the everyday moments — recognizing a colleague, celebrating a crew, acknowledging a customer, or honoring a milestone.

Because sharing isn’t just communication — it’s connection. It’s how we build trust, strengthen our teams, and create momentum that carries us all forward.

This spirit of sharing is how we continue to elevate one another — and succeed as one.

How does sharing knowledge or recognition make a difference in your day-to-day work?

Safety Week 2026 Recap 🚧🦺

This week, our teams across Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, and South Dakota came together to celebrate Colas Group International Safety Week and reinforce our commitment to making safety a core part of everything we do.

Centered around this year's theme, "Work Preparation," Safety Week focused on the actions we take before work begins—planning ahead, identifying potential risks, communicating clearly, and looking out for one another. Throughout the week, our teams engaged in discussions and activities focused on:

✅ Our Culture and Core Values
✅ Recognize, Respond, and Respect
✅ Teamwork & Communication
✅ Psychological Safety & Mental Health

From jobsites and shops to offices across Simon's footprint, our teams demonstrated that safety isn't just a requirement—it's a mindset. The conversations, engagement, and commitment we saw throughout the week reflect the culture we're building every day: one where preparation, awareness, and teamwork help ensure everyone goes home safe. Based on the 2026 Safety Week theme of Work Preparation and the daily focus areas highlighted throughout the week.

Thank you to everyone who participated, shared ideas, and helped make Safety Week 2026 a success. Let's continue carrying these lessons forward and keep safety at the forefront of every task, every day. 💙

What is one safety practice you rely on every day to help keep yourself and your teammates safe? Share in the comments below.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice made the freedoms we enjoy possible, and we carry that gratitude with us—not just today, but every day.

We invite you to take a moment today to reflect and remember.

🚧 World Asphalt Day

Infrastructure is more than what we build—it’s how we bring people closer together.

From highways to hometown roads, asphalt is a foundation for connection, opportunity, and growth.
We’re proud of the teams who continue to push what’s possible, share their expertise, and take pride in doing the work right.

What does building connection look like in your day-to-day work?

Today, we proudly recognize National Skilled Trades Day and the skilled professionals who keep our projects moving, our communities connected, and our standards high.

From the field to the facilities, our tradespeople bring expertise, commitment, and pioneering spirit to everything they do. Their knowledge, craftsmanship, and problem‑solving mindset turn vision into reality—safely, thoughtfully, and with pride.

Pioneering isn’t possible without skilled hands and sharp minds. Today, and every day, we thank our trades teams for building the future with dedication and skill.

🌎 Earth Day & Environmental Week | Water Awareness 💧

Earlier this week, team members participated in a local clean‑up in Rapid City, SD, helping protect our land and waterways in recognition of Environmental Week and Earth Day.

Water is one of our most essential resources, and caring for our environment—both through hands‑on efforts and everyday choices—helps support our communities, our business, and the future.

Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to make sustainability a priority.

🦺 National Work Zone Awareness Week 🦺

Every cone, vest, and barrier represents a person doing important work. This week, we recognize the dedication of crews who build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure—and remind everyone that work zone safety is a shared responsibility.

Slow down. Stay alert. Follow the signs.
Together, we can help protect the people who make our roads, bridges, and communities stronger—today and every day.

🌟 Value Spotlight: COMMITMENT 🌟

At Simon, Commitment is one of the values that keeps us moving forward — on our projects, within our teams, and in the communities we serve.

COMMITMENT: We show up every day and follow through — to each other, to safety, and to delivering quality work we’re proud of.

Commitment is seen in the teams who go above and beyond to get the job done right, in our focus on safety and training, and in the care we put into continuous improvement. It’s reflected in long hours, tough conditions, and the determination to do right by our customers, coworkers, and partners.

Last month, we highlighted Respect — the foundation of trust and strong relationships. Today, we’re proud to shine a light on Commitment, and the dedication our people bring to their work day in and day out.

Stay tuned as we continue highlighting the Simon values and celebrating the teams who bring them to life. 💛
