The wait is almost over. If you’ve been looking for a sign to trade the pavement for the pines, this is it! Registration for the Antelope Dash officially opens on May 1st.

Whether you’re eyeing the 4-miler or ready to tackle the 8-miler, it’s time to get your trail legs ready for the rolling hills and granite hoodoos of Curt Gowdy State Park. This isn't just a race; it's a mountain-high reunion with the best trail community around.

Hi everyone! We are thrilled to officially introduce ourselves as the new Race Directors for the Antelope Dash!

We’ve been huge fans of this race for years, and we are honored to take the baton and keep this amazing trail tradition running strong. We have some exciting plans in the works, but our main goal remains the same: to give you an unforgettable day on the trails.

Antelope Dash 2025 Prerace 🏃‍♂️ We're thrilled to have you join us for the upcoming Antelope Dash! As the event date approaches, we want to make sure you have all the important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Know before you go! Since the first year the 8 mile course has stayed pretty consistent with some minor reroutes due to trails being maintained. Here is the course for the 8 miler.

Know before you go! The short distance of the Antelope Dash has gotten closer to an 8k over the years and runners using a GPS have come up with anywhere from 4.5 to 4.9 miles. Here is the route, if you'd like a better look!

Here it is! The design for this year’s Antelope Dash. We are still slinging some of the best shirts around.

Everyone will get a shirt but race day shirts will be guaranteed to those already registered.

We’re looking for volunteers for this year’s race. The more hands we have on deck, the smoother things go. Some of the roles we’re looking to fill are:
• Course Marking
• Basecamp help (registration, finish line, general assistance)
• Course Sweep

It's prime race season and we are assisting several local races with filling volunteer positions. Don't delay and snag one of these jobs to give back to your local running community!
