Lets just say we're not "batt and board" of this house π
We made some pretty sweet modifications to our madison floor plan. We kicked out the Dining Room and added a slider, we heard oak was back in style. You could say our floors and cabinets add a nostalgic, yet modern feel. Living out on the quiet prairie? Quite mindful, very Demure.
This classy lady sold for $475,000.00 on 12 acres.

Here is another great Leaning tree project in the county. The Madison plan is affordable and functional. It is a nice medium to high quality home. The darker selections makes this smaller home look rich and classy.
