Death Valley in California is extremely complex and involves different types of fault activity at various periods, in addition to crustal sinking and even some volcanic activity.

West Virginia

Renowned for its beauty and never-ending mountains and some fierce waterways perfect for kayaking. Tackling the river during September and October will prove to be challenging, but well worth the adventure.

Kayak down the Colorado River between a 4-mile trip or a 12-mile trip, it’s up to you how much time to spend on the water. Both options give you amazing sights of the area and you might even spot wildlife as you paddle along.

Juneau, Alaska

Hop into a canoe at Mendenhall Lake and paddle around luminescent blue icebergs and past cliffs and waterfalls toward Mendenhall Glacier. Step onto the glacier and explore the area with trekking poles.

The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco is a landmark, a symbol of an era and unlike other bridges that have just one or two photogenic angles, the bridge lends itself to so many different poses that a blind man with a disposable camera can pass.

High Point Climbing Gym has one of the most unique climbing walls. In addition to all of the indoor options at the gym, it also offers an outdoor climbing wall right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga.

Lake Tahoe’s slacklines are a combination of waterlines, the longest being 233 feet and alpine lines. Not only can you enjoy the slacklining elements of this area, but to reach most you need to embark on a hike while you’re there you might as well camp to get the full adventure experience.
