So have been busy canning last couple days and have finally got some stuff done .
2 quarts and 7 pints hot &spicy zucchini pickles
10 pints of bread and butter zucchini pickles
20 pints of peach what ailed ya salsa
8 pints of jalepeno sweet relish 6 are on hold already.
It has been a long couple days but done for now. Get them while they last

Starting back up to make some jams , salsa, pickles and relish. We will see how long this batch last.

So getting garden set up and almost ready to plant again and start making some new products. Will keep you all posted and send me some ideas if you’re looking for something specific.
