🍂 Fall sports are officially underway, which means athletes are back to practices, games, meets and training sessions. With the increase in activity, it’s also a good time to think about injury prevention.

Whether you’re playing soccer, football, running cross country or participating in another fall sport, preparing your body for the demands of your sport can make a big difference. Proper warm-ups, strength training, mobility work, good recovery habits and gradually increasing activity can all help your body handle the season.
