Wrapping up this project while knowing that the medical team that saved Dylan Terro at last year's CFD is presenting their case at a medical conference next week has me wanting to acknowledge their heroism one more time.

Best news ever - Dylan has made a full recovery and anticipates being back for this year's Daddy of 'em All.

Great news for Cheyenne and Wyoming!

Earlier this week, the PRCA Board of Directors and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame Trustees held a joint meeting to review the next step with Cheyenne LEADS and voted in favor of moving forward.

This step follows the January signing of a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore relocating the PRCA offices and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy to Cheyenne, Wyo.

This morning, Cheyenne LEADS, the PRCA Board of Directors and the Hall of Fame Trustees formalized the partnership with the signing of a Development Agreement between the parties on the project. The target for completion is still early 2029 and additional timeline details are being formed.

"As the PRCA celebrates our 90th year as the premier sanctioning body in Western sports, this is an exciting evolution that will give our membership the best chance at success for the next 50 years," PRCA CEO Tom Glause said.

Over the last three months, the Wyoming State Legislature, Cheyenne City Officials and Cheyenne LEADS have continued to codify funding for the project. The Wyoming legislative approval allowed the parties to move into the next phase of discussions.

In addition, this milestone allows project partners to begin pursuing additional fundraising efforts to support the overall development of the Hitching Post District.

"I'm incredibly excited about the next phases of this project and the opportunity to build on the strong foundation we've created," says Betsey Hale, CEO of Cheyenne LEADS. "There's great momentum, and I'm looking forward to what's ahead."

It’s been a busy few months… and now I can finally share why.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been building something I’m incredibly excited about—a studio designed for live sales, storytelling, and connecting with all of my photography fans in a whole new way.

Of course it took me longer to build it than I wanted, but it is done now and ready to go live.

What started as an idea has turned into a space where 3H Photography and 3H Rodeo come together… and we’re just getting started.

I’ll be going live soon with some incredible pieces, and maybe even a podcast or two down the road. As promised when I started out with this idea, there will also be some drawings and picture naming contests.

It was painful losing my 3H Photography page and the nearly 4,000 fans that followed along, but I'm building it back the right way.
