Tomorrow begins a new adventure for me in the work force, I accepted a job at the CDC on base. The pay will be better and it is a more reliable source of income. I will no longer be doing nails or waxing for the time being. I am sad because that’s been my career path for the past 10 years. It hasn’t been an easy decision but it’s a decision that is the right one for my family. Hopefully in the future I can go back to doing what I love!

So I’ve been practicing lash extensions and seeing if it is something I’d like to start doing. This is the 3rd set I’ve done in a week. My technique is getting better and I keep telling myself I wasn’t good at Brazilians at first but look at me now!

Hello I’d like introduce myself, my name is Melissa I am a nail tech and esthetician at Bellanova MedSpa. My fiancé and I just moved here in November from Missouri, he is in the Air Force that’s what brought us here.
I specialize in body waxing such as Brazilians, also brow tinting, lash tinting and lash lifts. I am experienced with all types of hair. With the 85% of my African American clients in Missouri I got a lot of practice and I was the go-to girl for waxing!
For nails I specialize in gel manicures and pedicures. I am running a special for my Brazilian waxes so I can meet new people and start building my clientele! For the rest of February and all of March brazilians will be $60! I can’t wait to meet everyone! ❤️💜
