I’m thrilled to announce that the Wyoming REALTORS were awarded a $500K grant from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to help support our Wyoming Constitutional Amendment “Amendment A” on the ballot this November 24’. This amendment aims to create a new “Residential” property tax category (Class 4), allowing legislators to potentially provide property tax relief in the future. Currently, Wyoming has a three-tier system, and this fourth tier will offer much-needed flexibility to help property owners in need. A true win for Wyoming!
