Oops, took a wrong turn at Albuquerque! But hey, the Cheyenne Slow Roll is back for another season! Tonight was the first official roll of the 2026 season! This is the TENTH YEAR since they started the Slow Roll! Every Wednesday at 6 PM, the Slow Roll meets at the Big Boy at Holliday Park.

I believe this is... about the fourth year I've ridden with the group? I started in 2021, but I had one year where I was unable to roll... It's fun though, it gets you around town, down streets that maybe you wouldn't normally take. It's typically pretty chill and laid back, and you can jam out to some awesome tunes, maybe even meet someone you wouldn't expect to meet!

FIRST SLOW ROLL of the season this year! Although maybe you could argue this is "off season" since it's a Saturday, not a Wednesday. Great way to get out, socialize, meet some new people, and have a nice, calm bicycle ride. It's not fast at all, it's mostly smooth sailing.

Tomorrow is going to be such a fun morning down at the library! Bring the whole family down for Safe Kids Day, where everyone can check out the 20 different exhibitors, get some cool balloon creations, and maybe even a food truck bite! The event goes from 10am to 1pm

But wait, there's more! Join us for a Slow Roll at noon! 🚲 We will meet in the city parking lot just south of the library parking lot. This will be a great time for a little family fun on 2 wheels before our official season launch happening on Wednesday.

This is a video I've longed to make. With the end of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert coming with tonight's final episode, I decided it was time to make this video. My photography of retail places has appeared in all kinds of places across the world, and Stephen's show was no exception. My photos appeared twice there, that I know of currently, both during segments which Stephen calls MEANWHILE.

I can't confirm if there were other instances of my photos being on his show due to, as with most things, I didn't religiously watch the show every single day for its entire existence, and I don't exactly get notified when my photos appear in other works such as this. In both cases, I just happened to be watching the show the night when these two photos appeared there.

I guess today is a snow day for me. Not going out if I don't have to. Retail Minute will be looking toward later this week, ideally by this weekend, to be available.

This 360 Panoramic photo features Rock On Wheels of Cheyenne WY, near Holliday Park. This is one of two bicycle shops that I've visited fairly regularly since I was a kid. Getting to do panoramic imagery inside this store and make an explorable streetview tour out of it was pretty cool if I must say so myself. Full tour is viewable on Google Maps and finally explorable.

The Hideout Barbershops opened their first location earlier this year in Pershing Plaza! Included in Cheyenne's Retail Minute, Volume 1, Edition #0-Trial1
