If you've been around HVAC in the last 30 years you know all about the Lennox Pulse furnaces. They were cutting edge at the time and still one of the most efficiant furnaces ever built. Although they did have a few major design flaws that could make them extremely dangerous. As long as they are running well they are a good furnace. This unit was not heating well and having trouble lighting. We went ahead and put a 96% Trane in it's place. The other two are still working well so customer opted not to change them quite yet.

Well this furnace made 81 years. Amazing how well things used to be made. Kreuzer was our owners first introduction to the HVAC trade helping Mike change out furnaces and unit heaters for his dad's rentals while still in high school. Shortly after Mikes passing we had this job come in. One we felt we had to do.

Swapped out chillers for one of our biggest customers today. Hopefully we will have it up and running Monday! Thanks to Arena Crane and Rigging for the great service as usual!

Busy last few days changing out boilers! 2 large cast iron boilers out and 4 smaller stainless steel going in. Going from 70% efficiancy to 98.5% with full control over the firing rate instead of the on off control before.

Here's a reminder to have your unit serviced at least seasonally on a commercial building. I would bet these coils had not been cleaned since the units were installed. Took over an hour to clean each coil. Should be about 10 mins per coil on a unit that's serviced regularly.
