Dear friends and supporters: although the election didn’t go as hoped last night, with a narrow loss, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for all of you—financial backers, poll workers, door-knockers, and friends who offered encouragement—who helped me share a vision for Chesterfield’s bright future, a city I’ll always believe is an incredible place to live, work, and play.

I spoke with my opponent last night, wishing him and his family well as he leads the City forward.

Here’s the takeaway. God’s plan doesn’t always follow what we want or think is best. All we can do is plant seeds and trust in Him to bring the harvest at the right time and in the right way. Onward and upward! Thank you again for all your support!! 🙌🏻💪🏻👊🏻
