We need to do better as healthcare professionals when it comes to patient communication.

Patients will cling to a diagnosis like it’s their job.

We need to educate what’s happening, and what to effectively do about it.

And learn how to differentiate between insignificant and meaningful objective findings.

Let’s do better!

Good news, I still remember. Bad news is that nobody cares. 😅

Five new patients this week never came back for their Report of Findings.

Of course, missed appointments affect a small business. But that’s honestly not the part that sticks with me.

The hard part is knowing that someone who came to me in pain, looking for answers, walked away before they ever got the plan that could help them.

The Report of Findings isn’t a sales pitch. It’s where I explain what’s actually going on, why it’s happening, and exactly what we can do to fix it together.

Whether you choose to move forward is always your decision. My job is simply to give you the information you need to make the best one.

If you’re hurting, don’t stop one step before you finally get the answers you came for.

There’s nothing better than hearing a patient say, “I don’t have any pain anymore.”

Even better? Watching them move with more confidence and freedom than they have in years.

That’s why I love what I do. It’s never just about getting someone out of pain. It’s about helping them get back to living the life they want.
