I am so grateful for all of my kind and understanding clients. 💖
Heading out of the treatment room after my first session, I heard the sound of a lot of water running, and found out that my toilet's tank had cracked somehow.
Thank you to everyone who rescheduled appointments, lent me an ear, or gave me advice. 🎁
Instead of the day I expected, my day turned into a quest of seeking solutions, knowledge, and (ultimately) learning how to install a toilet.
I am so grateful to be able to open back up tomorrow. I am grateful to have a new skill. And I'm grateful for all of the opportunities I had to pour love into myself along the way.
Knowing for anyone who feels called to claim it - that any bumps in our days lead to increased self-love and cathartic feelings of deep peace and accomplishment.

We are often struck by the beauty of the transitions and changes that nature offers in our daily vistas. Sunset reflecting off of the clouds feels an easy experience to appreciate.
Though it is not always as obvious, there is always beauty in change. A lesson to learn, a mindset to shift, a new feeling to explore.
Over the last month, I've moved through the changes inherent in reopening my home studio. I am so grateful to be working for myself again, with incredible clients. And getting into this new rhythm has been its own process.
As is my reflective way, this transition has brought my mind to exploring the experience of integrating change.

These late blooming Irises have been an incredible gift to me in this season. They remind me of life's surprises, gifts, and our collective and individual capacities to flourish at the least expected times.
Today, on a holiday that focuses on gratitude in spite of it roots in cruelty towards the indigenous Americans who taught early American settlers what was edible in this new land, I am especially grateful for the reminder that beauty can grow from any soil.
And so, I invite you to join me in remembering what has been, staying aware of what is now, and being grateful for all of the beauty that has been, is now, and will be.
Together we can create a future filled with love, beauty, and joy for all, as long as we keep showing up for it.
