Race day is better with community! And that’s what the Market Mile is all about! What an incredible day spent in Downtown St. Louis exploring St. Louis Union Station and crushing the mile together!

Thursday nights keep proving the same thing: running is better when you know who’s waiting at the start.

Last night brought another big crew through downtown, a lot of familiar faces, plenty of new ones, and exactly the kind of easy miles that make this club what it is.

Next up: Market Mile this Sunday.

Then we’re right back at 4 Hands next Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for another round.

Race packet or no race packet, you’re still invited to run tonight.

We leave 4 Hands at 6:30 p.m. for 2- and 3-mile routes through downtown. Find your people, settle into your pace, and stay for your first beer on us when everyone gets back.
