This message is only for entrepreneurs and the ones willing to risk, build, and believe in your vision.

A few weeks ago, I stepped into vacation mode a hitting LA, Cruise, + Cabo, DC, and a 5k 😮‍💨 (finished under pr 😝) and I’m still in vacation mode… fully present, deeply grateful, and intentionally taking this time in.

Its on heart to share a moment of entrepreneurial transparency because it’s important to me that you remember that this journey is far from linear and often feels like a true roller coaster.

In 2024, DauvCo carried 10 client cases in change management & people transformation consulting and executive coaching. We were closing out projects that spanned over 12 months—each one ending with measurable, undeniable results. It was productive, it was stretching, and it was a blessing.

This year looks different.
We’re operating with action and moving into closing 2 multi-year clients under NDA/MOUs—the kind of work that requires discretion, depth, and long-term partnership. And you know what? That’s perfect because it aligns with our business model from the start. Growth doesn’t always look like volume. Sometimes it looks like precision, alignment, and strategy.

The moral of this moment:
A three-week vacation is possible—and I’m taking it as a major win, not a metric. I’m no longer measuring our success only by how many clients we hold, but by the transformative intentionality and impact of the work we steward.

I’m grateful for the space to breathe, reflect, and review this year… and to plan boldly our programming and strategy for 2030.

Here’s to rest, expansion, and the kind of leadership that knows when to prioritize and pivot.

In the story of life, each chapter and season shapes our being. Some days bring joy, others bring sorrow.

Every day, I feel the absence of my mom deep in my being, however Jesus love sustains me, and I lean on Him to walk me through the living fully dispite the absence of my Mami.

🎤I am often asked how I steward both being a business owner and a believer in the marketplace; especially from those who know the challenging rooms I walk into and how I serve alongside my husband in ministry.

Here is my reply, and I hope it encourages you to step into every room with authenticity and the confidence to show up exactly as you were created to be.

What does ministry look like in your life❓

Ministry for me is not confined to the four walls of a church. It’s wherever God assigns me whether in the boardroom, one-on-one spiritual counseling, in the community, through business interactions, or through strategic leadership. It’s in every place He sends me to serve others with kindness, candor, purpose, and excellence.

What does that look like in action?

Here’s a glimpse…

Last week, I had the honor of serving as a moderator for the Metropolitan Business League (MBL) and as a panelist representing Volunteer Leadership Board Members at the YMCA Board Summit. Both organizations’ missions reflect the very heartbeat of my marketplace ministry.

✝️ Whether in the marketplace or within ministry, serving in these spaces is one of the ways God speaks to me and orders my steps. He uses these rooms to continuously reminds me of the mission, the purpose, and the lasting impact of living a life led by purpose.

This is the anointing I walk in: is a divine calling to boldly and courageously serve others while cultivating my spiritual gifts, aligning my business and life with organizations and individuals who lead with integrity, shared values, and whose work is aligned with God’s heart both within the church and out in the world.

So wherever I go, I carry the fire, the salt, and the light. I do this by serving, by leading, and by reflecting God’s glory in all I do.

The only person you can authentically be is who God has created you to be.
