Last week, the Shugart Manufacturing team participated along with our divisional counterparts at the McLean Contracting Company annual employee owners meeting. We were recognized for our record growth and the great milestones we have reached already this year!

Before heading back to Chester, we toured McLean’s Baltimore Yard and captured a group photo.

At Shugart Manufacturing, we celebrate, recognize and promote the vital role of women in Construction.

This year's theme: "Level up and Build strong" emphasizes career growth, community impact, and leadership development for women in construction. We are cheered to join our industry peers along with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) encouraging women to advance professionally, mentor others, and strengthen the workforce while inspiring the next generation of construction professionals.

Shugart Barges are on site in South Carolina to support and reinforce the work of our customer.
