Chris brings nearly 30 years of experience in the audiovisual and technology integration industry, having begun his career in 1997. As Chief Technology Officer at Virginia TIP, he will drive strategic innovation and lead the technical vision across our portfolio of advanced AV solutions.
He holds the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential and is both a Crestron Certified Masters Programmer and Crestron Certified Masters Architect—prestigious distinctions that highlight his deep expertise in control systems design and programming. Throughout his career, Chris has earned numerous certifications across AV engineering, systems integration, and enterprise-level deployments.
We’re thrilled to have Chris on board and look forward to the leadership and innovation he will bring to Virginia TIP.

Virginia TIP has immediate openings for new technician positions. If you have experience with commercial audio video, or structured cabling fiber optics, or CCTV/ Access Control you will be a great fit for our team.

We are pleased to announce that Virginia TIP is expanding and requires additional space. We welcome you to the beginnings of our new 5400sq ft office and warehouse space featuring a large dedicated lab area. Minor renovations have commenced.

More updates: Virginia TIP, in partnership with Bazon Cox, has just landed another large project in Reston, Virginia, with Grid Networks. The project includes Crestron NVX media distribution systems and Philips displays.
