Forty one combined years of dedication, expertise, and commitment to the work and the people behind it. Each of them brings something distinct to RBA, and together they reflect exactly the kind of culture that makes this milestone meaningful.

Fourteen years at RBA and Tim remains one of the sharpest minds in multifamily design on our team. His depth of experience and command of the work continue to set the standard for how we approach some of our most complex projects.

Team Spotlight: Daniel Apiag

I chose RBA because from our very first conversation, Tom saw the value I could bring. That meant a lot.

What keeps me here is working for a firm that is always looking to improve through better processes and technology. But honestly, what reminds me why this work matters is hearing from clients after their project is finished. Knowing that what we do isn't just making plans for contractor. It's creating homes where families will live and make memories for years to come.

Twenty five years of RBA means we've helped this community grow with its needs. Housing. Commercial. Community outreach.

My favorite memories with the team are our outings. Getting out together and just relaxing. That matters too.

And looking ahead, I'm most excited to continue to work for our community and providing them with top-of-line service and technologies to "turn their vision into reality."

Before RBA Architects existed, there was a five year old drawing floor plans while other kids were pretending to be astronauts. As a teenager, while peers were working fast food, Tom was working in engineering offices.

Twenty-five years ago, that lifelong passion became RBA Architects. What started as a vision grounded in great design, strong relationships, and genuine commitment to people has grown into something bigger than any one project or milestone.

This year, we celebrate 25 years of that vision in practice.
