I have a question for face book and the public. Why in the hell do you think we are ssssssssssssoooo interested in Harry and Megan? I am so sick of endless videos of Megan. Has Facebook decided that this couple is more interesting than President Trump winning Iowa? I found one article on his win this morning. It seems FB is going back to their old ways of sensoring the news. Oh and I am disgusted as well. The times we live in is a challenge to many many people. Regardless what the truth is, it's time Americans hear it. I'm sure this won't be my last vent.

Today was day 1 of the 29th Senior Conference in Chesapeake. I enjoyed seeing Sheriff Jim O'Sullivan's office put on another outstanding job for recognizing our senior citizens in Chesapeake. I would like to recognize Chesapeake's Mayor Alan Krasnoff and Sheriff Jim O'Sullivan for their continued effort in making our senior community stronger and more informed on the issues pertaining to our senior's experience today.
We all boil or steam our vegetables but never thought to let the remaining water cool down and use it for our plants.
